Leadership

Rev. Angelic Williams
Lead Servant
Angelic Williams is a Baltimore native who was reared at Eastern United Methodist Church where she first developed her love for God’s Word. As a young adult, she relocated to Central Florida where she attended Rollins College and studied International Affairs during which she studied compassion and the Holocaust in Warsaw & Krakow Poland. She is also a graduate of the Edith Bush Philanthropic School for Non-profit proposal writing.
Angelic has served and taught in many areas of ministry including New Converts, The Work of the Holy Spirit, and Church Administration over the last two decades. She also wrote and developed an abstinence education program for young girls in Central Florida titled “Daughters of Esther”. In 2008, Angelic began serving in short-term International Missions and did so in La Cucarita Dominican Republic, South Africa, Peru, Nicaragua, and Thailand.
It was during this time that God clarified her call to ministry and continued to develop her for His glory. She returned to Baltimore in 2016 to serve in her home church In Finance, Prayer Ministry and Evangelism as she continued her track in ministry as a candidate in the United Methodist Church. In June 2022 her candidacy was certified and on September 15, 2022, she began serving her 1st appointment at St Luke United Methodist Church (Baltimore). Over the 1st 9 months of ministry St Luke experienced increased growth and vitality under her leadership. In May 2023 she was recognized as the Harry Denman Evangelism award recipient for her work at St Luke. Pastor Williams continues to serve as Pastor of St Luke while working on her Master of Divinity as a full-ride scholarship recipient at St Mary’s Seminary. Pastor Williams passion for God’s people and the work of ministry is evident in her call to inclusive ministry. Our vision is to cultivate an inclusive community where everyone can find Jesus. While accolades and accomplishments could go on, Angelic prefers to boast on the great work God continues to do in His people.
